Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at this resort was quite the mixed bag. The road to the resort was a bit terrifying, but once we arrived, the spacious accommodations and family-friendly activities made for an enjoyable trip. However, some aspects like the dining could have been better, and the hotel showed signs of wear and tear. Overall, it was a charming getaway, but not without its drawbacks.
The hotel offers a beautiful and historic experience nestled in the mountains, with a great breakfast buffet that’s a must-try. However, the room’s temperature control was a major issue for me, making it hard to sleep well. While the resort fees feel a bit steep, the overall charm and amenities almost make up for it, though there are areas needing improvement.
The hotel is a beautiful property with a variety of activities that cater to guests of all ages. The amenities are enjoyable, and the grounds are stunning. However, I did experience some significant downsides, such as the Wi-Fi issues and the slow luggage service. While the pricing may seem high, the experiences offered can be worth it, especially for families looking for fun activities.
Our stay at The Homestead was unforgettable, with its stunning mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The service was exceptional, especially in handling tough situations like power outages, which showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. While the dining options were a bit different from what we expected, the overall experience was charming and worth every penny. It's a wonderful place for families, but the resort's age showed in a few areas that could use a little sprucing up.
I had some mixed feelings about my stay here. While the outdoor grounds were beautiful and festive for winter, the interior of the hotel was disappointing and in need of serious updates. The dining options were limited and frustrating, but some activities for families were enjoyable. Overall, I found it a bit overpriced for what we received.
